1, In production, the temperature control is inaccurate or the temperature deviation is large, and the installation position of the temperature measuring point (thermocouple) is unreasonable, which causes periodic temperature deviation. As the temperature deviation increases, the deviation affecting the weight also increases. When the temperature rises, the extrusion barrel stretches more. In the same operating cycle, the water outlet material at the bottom of the bottle increases and the product weight decreases. When the temperature is low, the product weight increases. When the thermocouple has poor contact, there is a similar fault. If the thermocouple is broken, the extrusion volume decreases. When the temperature is lower than the melting point of the plastic, the motor current increases. When the temperature is lower than the melting point of the plastic, it cannot be extruded. Whether the installation position of the thermocouple is reasonable and the area of ​​the temperature control of the measuring point will directly affect the stability of the extrusion.

  1. The running time of the two mold frames is inconsistent (the difference is too big). If the material pipe flows downward at a constant speed, the running time of the left and right mold frames is very different, and the weight on both sides will be unstable. The mold frame that runs faster is heavier, and the mold frame that runs slower is lighter due to stretching. The solution is to adjust the mold frames on both sides to make the running time close.
  2. The unstable extrusion volume is caused by the unstable speed of the motor and the inappropriate belt tightness.
  3. Because of different plastic raw materials or changes in mixing ratios, the discharge is different. When the amount (percentage) of the water nozzle material added often changes, the extrusion volume is affected.

Now both buyers and blow molding machine manufacturers are pursuing the blowing rate of a single blow molding machine. Indeed, the blowing rate is a non-rigid indicator for plastic bottle manufacturers. Only blow molding machine equipment with a high blowing rate can produce a large number of plastic bottles per unit time, thereby improving economic benefits. Since plastic bottle manufacturers regard bottle blowing machines as a hard indicator for purchasing, it is easy to understand why bottle blowing machine manufacturers pay so much attention to the bottle blowing rate of bottle blowing machines.
