The essential knowledge of the safe operation specifications of the blow molding machine includes the following points:

  1. Before the start of each shift, the moving parts must be lubricated once. (Robot, robot guide rails, mold opening and closing guide rails)
  2. The swing arm can be added once every (3-4) days. The large and small chains of the heater can be used once a month. Check whether the main reducer and heater reducer are short of oil frequently. The main bearing can be added once every (2-3) months.
  3. Before leaving the factory, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or loose, especially in places with strong impact, and whether the belt drive part is abnormal.
  4. Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water supply are normal.
  5. Check whether the emergency stop switch, safety switch, and protection device detection switch are normal.
  6. Check whether the feeding and dropping parts of the heating head are working normally. If the blank pressing plate is not in the proper position, the nut of the blank pressing device can be adjusted.
  7. Check if the lamp is damaged or broken, and replace it in time.
  8. Check if the pneumatic components are leaking and sensitive.
  9. Check if the triplex is leaking or blocked abnormally, and if the cup water storage capacity is too full.
  10. When the solenoid valve of the bottle blowing machine is abnormal, it should be cleaned in time (once every 3.5 million bottles).
  11. The bottle blowing mold must be cleaned and polished regularly.
  12. When turning on the high and low pressure air supply switches, you must move slowly to prevent dust from blowing into the solenoid valve because the air supply flow rate is too fast. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure clean air.
