  1. Before starting each shift, add lubricating oil to each moving part. (Manipulator, manipulator guide rail, opening and closing mold guide rail)
  2. The swing arm can be lubricated once every (3-4) days. The large and small chains of the heating machine can be lubricated once a month. Check the main reducer and heating machine reducer for lack of oil regularly. The main bearing can be lubricated once every 3 months.
  3. Before production, check whether each moving part is firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially in places with strong impact force, and whether the belt drive part is abnormal.
  4. Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water source are normal.
  5. Check whether each emergency stop switch, safety door switch, and protection device detection switch are normal.
  6. Check whether the heating head is feeding the embryo and the embryo drop part is working normally. If the embryo is not inserted in place, the nut of the embryo pressing device can be adjusted.
  7. Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. Replace it in time.
  8. Check whether the pneumatic components are leaking and whether the movements are sensitive.
  9. Check whether the triplet is leaking abnormally, whether it is blocked, and whether the water storage capacity of the water cup is too full.
  10. When the solenoid valve of the fully automatic bottle blowing machine encounters an abnormality, it should be cleaned in time (clean once every 3.5 million bottles).
  11. The bottle blowing mold should be cleaned and polished regularly.
  12. When turning on the high and low pressure air source switches, move slowly to prevent the air source flow rate from blowing dirt into the solenoid valve too fast. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure clean air.
  13. When starting the fully automatic bottle blowing machine, make sure that the mechanical part is in good condition, there is no one inside the machine, and there are no foreign objects. Especially the crank position to avoid hurting people. At the same time, close the safety door.
  14. When starting the machine, start the motor first, and delay starting the heating machine for 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuations. Before starting the heating, make sure that the cooling water is turned on.
  15. After the heating starts for (2-3) minutes, wait for the oven temperature to rise evenly, then press the embryo button. At the same time, the bottle blowing power must also be turned on, otherwise the bottle will not be blown.
  16. When the fully automatic bottle blowing machine is running, pay close attention to whether the machine has abnormal noise, and make sure to find it early, stop the machine in time and solve it early.
  17. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop button for emergency braking. Then analyze the cause of the formation according to the on-site situation, find the problem and solve it quickly.
  18. After the fully automatic bottle blowing machine is running normally, do not put any part of your body into the machine to avoid the robot arm hurting people. If the machine has abnormal noise, slow down and observe it.
