- Reasons for the bottom being not straight:
- The speed of the stretching rod is too slow;
- The delayed blowing time is not enough;
- The bottle embryo is seriously eccentric.
Solution:
- Adjust the throttle valve on the stretching cylinder to the maximum;
- Extend the delayed blowing time;
- Measure the eccentricity of the embryo tube. (When the eccentricity is large, the embryo tube will become curved when heated to a certain degree);
- Contains temperature protection items.
- Reasons for the thinness of the bottle body:
- If the water outlet position at the bottom of the bottle is in the middle, the eccentricity of the embryo tube may be large, or it may be related to the cooling water channel of the injection mold, and the cooling is uneven.
- Some parts of the embryo seat do not rotate.
Solution:
- Try another cavity embryo tube, change the injection mold or change the injection molding process.
- See if any embryo seat does not rotate. If found, adjust the self-rotating chain until the embryo seats in all heating zones rotate.
- Reasons for whitening of bottles:
- The voltage is too high, and the whole body or part of the bottle is ceramic white.
- The voltage is not enough, resulting in incomplete baking, and the whole body or part of the bottle is pearly white. If the voltage is too high, reduce the voltage, and if the voltage is too low, increase the voltage.
- For double-cavity machines, adjust the time when the two stretching rods are pulled to the bottom to be consistent.
This can be adjusted on the throttle valve. Under the condition that the quality of the preform is qualified and stable, the different conditions of the two blown bottles can determine how to adjust.
- The bottle in cavity A is blown very well, and the bottle in cavity B is blown broken. It is possible that the stretching rod of cavity B is relatively slow. The throttle valve on the stretching cylinder of cavity B can be adjusted.
- The bottle in cavity A is blown very well, and the bottom of the bottle in cavity B is aggregated. It is because the speed of the stretching rod of cavity B is too fast. The throttle valve of the stretching cylinder of cavity B can be adjusted to a small value.
- According to the different conditions of the bottles, distinguish where the problem is caused, such as blown bottles, eccentricity or other problems.
