How does a pet bottle blowing machine work?

PET bottles also comply with environmental protection principles. During the recycling process, the silicon oxide thin layer will be separated from the blow molding machine, and PET plastic can be recycled into new blow molding machines or artificial velvet wool fabrics. In addition, PET bottles are lighter than glass bottles and are not easy to break, which can reduce the pollution caused by product transportation.
The working principle of the whole system of the fully automatic bottle blowing machine is relatively simple. Since only the stretching cylinder and pre-blowing part need to be supplied, the installation structure is also very convenient. It is worth noting that the balance between the amount of recovered gas and the amount of consumed gas should be maintained. Although this system only provides recycled gas to the stretching and pre-blowing parts, it seems a little bit imperfect, but its investment is small (taking SBO10/14 as an example, it only needs about 20,000, depending on the price of accessories), the return is large (annual cost savings of 160,000 to 200,000), independence is strong (in case of failure or other reasons, the original gas supply system can be used), and flexibility is high (simple and convenient installation), which is in line with the basic principles of our technical transformation project and makes the product more competitive in the market.
When the machine is idle and not blowing bottles, the low-pressure gas passes through the original pipeline solenoid valve to the stretching cylinder gas storage pipe. The recycling gas storage pipe and the stretching cylinder gas storage pipe are isolated by a one-way valve. There is no low-pressure gas in the recycling gas storage pipe. At this time, the entire stretching gas system and pre-blowing system remain in their original state before the transformation.
Another inner coating technology uses an amorphous carbon coating machine for the inner wall of the bottle blowing machine. This is a device that uses carbon source gas to form plasma under microwave excitation to deposit an amorphous carbon film on the inner wall of the bottle. Its structure is controlled by a vacuum system, which can create a vacuum state in the inner cavity of the bottle blowing machine. The microwaves generated by a microwave generating system act on the bottle blowing machine, so that the carbon source gas generated in the inner cavity of the bottle blowing machine forms a plasma resonant cavity. The system is connected with the carbon source gas injection system to complete the injection of carbon source gas into the inner cavity of the bottle blowing machine. The bottle blowing machine processed by this coating machine can effectively control the loss of gas inside the bottle from the bottle wall, or the infiltration of gas outside the bottle from the bottle wall.
